Madrid is one of those beautiful places in this world where millions of people like me wish to have a dream home. Most of the residential areas and architectures in Madrid are surrounded by spectacular backdrops that catch the attention of people and make them crazy about this location. While going through the web, I found this amazing architecture and was really willing to share it with the readers.

This bizarre residential structure is sited on the outskirts of Madrid and has been designed by A-cero Architects. The designer has planned the house in a way that it fulfills the customer needs in terms of surfaces, distribution and placement. The entire plan is divided into three different levels and every room exhibits perfect functioning. The use of free plot surface and the views in every room has been done very intelligently, keeping in mind the individual requirements of the homeowner.

House in Madrid

This Madrid based architecture has been perfectly planned keeping in mind the functional characteristics of the house. For the façade, concrete has been used, which gives it a sturdy yet tasteful look. The basement has been planned in a way that it can be accessed from the garage and main area of the house. Central area comprises the storage strands that do not include direct light or ventilation.

As we take a closer look, we can see a fine pavement through the courtyard leading to the main entrance. This pavement joins the courtyard with the backyard and other sections in the patio. The main entrance exhibits an open cube like structure which is a major attraction for the house. The hall dealer on the ground floor provides an access to housing including bedroom, living room, dining area and office. Some additional rooms like bathrooms, closets, pantry and kitchen are also well planned and the paddle court in the exteriors is linked to the house through the pedestrian access.

The pergolas are made using solid slabs that are light in weight and look quite tasteful. The open seating area included in the exteriors is also a wonderful way to entertain guests or to enjoy serenity with friends and family. The upper floor connects the lower floor with a double height that incorporates bedrooms for the distinguished guests offering complete privacy. Bedrooms designed for the family are lined to the library, office and lounge.
