We all wish to live in palatial homes, with the luxury and innovative design that would befit kings and this particular living room would undoubtedly meet that demand. The most distinctive feature in this room is the wonderful contrasts afforded by the use of differently coloured wood, both in the furniture as well as the flooring.
While the floor is a pale shade of ochre, the wooden furniture is in deep and rich shades of brown, laden with comfortable and plush cushions in white. The centre table too is a rectangular marvel of wood furniture, with a polished counter top that reflects with smooth uniformity of glass. The paintings on the wall provide a nice organic distraction, with their content, as do the potted houseplants in the room. The sitting area is diametrically opposite to a lavish entertainment unit.
