Start with removing cabinet’s doors and other hardware. Clean cabinets thoroughly using a de-glosser.
Rinse cabinets with water then, rub them till they are completely dry. Scrape wooden putty over scratches or dents for filling them then, let putty dry. Sand all cabinets with sandpaper. Paint one primer coat onto cabinets. Sand cabinets once primer becomes dry. Apply 2 coats of white high-gloss paint as you did primer allowing paint to become dry then, sanding between both coats. Leave cabinets for drying minimum for two days for ensuring paint cured well and will not scratch while attaching hardware.
