Designing a small room for a teenager can be a challenging task in even normal circumstances. The task becomes all the more complex when the designer has to work through a small area. In this particular scheme, the left hand wall is coloured bright red while the front wall is painted white with a multipurpose shelf fitted on it.
The shelf is so designed that half of the bed of the teenager can be moved inside the left portion of the shelf while the right portion can contain the chair of the kid. The right portion also contains a waste paper basket while on the right side of the shelf is kept a bright red coloured cabinet with drawers on wheels. The flooring is kept light coloured and for the incoming light, blinds are employed on the right wall. This is one design that makes even a small room look spacious and uncluttered.
